Assam Prawn
Ingredients :
To marinate :
500gm prawn
2 tbsp Assam Jawa
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 cup water
Methods
1. Marinate the prawn and set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a wok and put the prawn into the wok and stir for 5 seconds.
3. Quickly pour the dark soy sauce and water into the wok.
4. Cook until the sauce thicken. Ready to serve.
