Assam Prawn Ingredients : To marinate : 500gm prawn 2 tbsp Assam Jawa 1 tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 cup water Methods 1. Marinate the prawn and set aside for 15 minutes. 2. Heat the oil in a wok and put the prawn into the wok and stir for 5 seconds. 3. Quickly pour the dark soy sauce and water into the wok. 4. Cook until the sauce thicken. Ready to serve.

Fact - despite fruits has glucose and fructose, it won't spike your blood sugar. The fiber in the fruits helps regulate by slowing down the sugar absorption into the blood from stomach. 2. Fact - sugary drink respond rapidly in boosting sugar level. ADVICE to all the Diabetic friends and non-diabetic friends : follow the food plate. 1/4 carbs, 1/4 protein, 1/2 veg + fruits.
